What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click on "Sign In" and then select "Forgot My Password." You will then have two convenient options to reset your password:
Via Email: Enter your registered email address. We will send you a password reset link to your inbox. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password.
Via Phone Number: Enter your registered mobile phone number. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter this OTP on the website/app and follow the on-screen instructions to set your new password.
