How can I exchange a product?
At LC Waikiki, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our standard return process for the original product to receive a refund. Once the return is complete, you can then place a new order for the desired item (subject to availability on our website or mobile application).
