How can I exchange a product?
At LC Waikiki, products purchased online cannot be exchanged through the e-commerce channel. If you do not wish to keep the product, you can return it by following our standard return process and receive a refund.
Alternatively, if you would like to exchange the product, you may visit one of our stores. Product exchange in stores is subject to store stock availability and the applicable exchange conditions.
