What is the refund process?
Approved returns are refunded according to the original payment method.
For Card Payments: If you paid by card, your refund will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer. Please ensure your bank details are accurately provided during your return request to facilitate a smooth and timely refund.
